DIY: Painting Your Kids Playroom or Bedroom Floor

I'm crushing on this fab room and FABULOUS floor - vibrant green and white geometric bold design.
Using a great primer is key to the paint adhering to the floor.

Perfect touch to this bathroom.

The first three images are from Sunny's Goodtime Paints. Check their photo gallery of painted floors and walls.

That chalkboard gave me a great idea! I can use that for my to-do list, too! Or, maybe for a little doodle here and there. Thanks for the pics! Just like what the first persons who left comments here said, they're gorgeous!

I need a lot of help. My family is moving to a new house. My mom said I couldn’t get too many new accessories and I have to stay with one color that I already have. So I have a pink bedspread that I’m keeping. So I have pink accents. The wood is dark brown in the bedroom. Now I need another color for the walls to go with pink and dark brown. I really want to get this right so I’m doing a lot of research. Please comment to help me. Other info, I’m 13. I’m thinking of doing yellow, but not too light yellow. Help please. Thanks!

Hannah, it's great you're doing a lot of research that will help you a lot. Pink and yellow look great together! Make sure you love that color combo before you begin - you'll be living with this for a while. Have you thought about pink and apple green or pink and brown or pink and black or pink and grey? How is your brown furniture looking is it newer or does it need some paint? Maybe your mom will let you paint your brown furniture if it needs it. Good luck!
