I had a lot of fun making these Hollywood clapboard invitations for both of my daughters 13th birthdays (2 different occasions). Supplies needed: 12" gold foil star cutout, director's clapboard (8" x 7"), white paint pen, ribbon and gold metallic tinsel shred.
My daughter Jamie enjoyed writing the pertinent information on the clapboard with the white paint pen such as - Hollywood Production "Jamie's Birthday Party", Director "Toni ", Take "13" (13th birthday) and so on. These over-sized invites were hand delivered to all the friends. We had lots of oohs and aahs - the girls loved them! As usual, the invitations are much, much cuter in person!
