Meg from Brassy Apples' sister - Julie created this sweet nursery, the bedding, accessories and art. She chose fabrics from the Farmers Market and Ginger Blossom line by Sandi Henderson. Clever and inexpensive idea hanging paper lanterns over the crib - it makes for great colorful art! What wonderful colors and patchwork fabrics.
Love the matching wall hooks! And those knobs.... Thanks to Brassy Apple and her sis for sharing!

bright, fun, cute!!

ReplyDeleteI love this idea! If I didn't already have a nursery set up for my daughter, I would totally do this!
ReplyDeleteI love this because I would never be able to piece together mis-matchy fabrics like that! I LOVE those lanterns.
ReplyDeleteSometimes I hear 'patchwork' and I cringe. Not in this case! What a gorgeous job of mashing colour together. I think the secret is to be brave and go for it. Looks fantastic!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, great blend of old and new.
ReplyDeleteToo cute! I love the bright patchwork nursery. We did a patchwork nursery for our daughter too, but her nursery is in pastels. I wish I had thought of the paper lanterns. That is a great, great idea! And so cheap.
ReplyDeleteLOVE IT!!!!! Great colors!!!!!
ReplyDeletethanks for the feature and all the wonderful comments on the nursery! My sister will be thrilled to read them! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the color, love the fabrics! Hmmm, might have gotten an idea on a way to make custom art to finish G's pirate nursery. Great room!
ReplyDeleteI wish my little one was not about to come out of her crib, or I would do this nursery. Maybe an idea for the "big" girl room!
