Absolutely darling! And yes, it's from the dollar store. Sachiko of Tea Rose Home created these darling framed fabrics with frames from one of my favorite stores - The Dollar Store!

The frames were definitely a find at the dollar store. Sometimes you hit the jackpot at that store. I found this via Ucreate.
