Sarah from Life Sweet Life came up with this sweet nursery on a budget. She decorated the nursery wall with scrapbook paper - directions featured here. And it's hard to believe..but she designed this nursery for a total of $75! She purchased the canopy and bedding from Ikea. Sarah explains the pricing:
