She painted two coats of Valspar Hampton Surf Blue (American Tradition) on the walls. A heavy vinyl and a special heavy-duty printer was used to print the planets. A 3m spray adhesive was used to adhere the vinyl to the walls. The sun on the ceiling was printed on a light-weight paper. The lettering is vinyl letters.
Glow-in-the-dark stars were placed on the ceiling.
